For as long as I have known, my dad has been a food service entrepreneur. In his 70s, he created Dad's Food Truck, followed by Dad's Popcorn Truck, and in 2019, Dad's Cannoli Truck.
My mission today is to help my dad sell as many cannoli’s as possible this year so my parents can finally step away from the grind and enjoy life together.
